The telehealth platform that we use is HIPPA compliant. Patients are able to have a video call with their provider without giving the communication platform any personal information.

No. Self-pay options differ among our various providers. Please call the office to find out if self-pay is an option in your individual circumstance.

Our clinicians will generally not complete disability or accommodation paperwork when that is the purpose of seeking services from us. However, for patients involved in active treatment, such paperwork may be completed. In those circumstances, as this is a service that is usually not covered by insurance, there is often an additional charge.
